Can I change shipping address?

YES, you can change the shipping address. Attention: the new address must be in the same country and the order has not yet been shipped. In this case, we advise you to contact our customer service with order references and details of the new delivery address.

 

How quickly do I receive the ordered products ?
Usually shipments take place within 24/48 hours (working) from receipt of the order for products already available in Shopdecor warehouses. For products not in stock, delivery date is the one indicated in the product sheet. If you need a strict or faster delivery than indicated, please contact us so that we can immediately verify the feasibility of assigning a priority to your order.


Can I make a gift through the online shop ?

If you want to buy a gift for someone, Shopdecor thinks of everything. When ordering, please add in the notes that it is a gift and fill in correctly at checkout the delivery address different from billing address. Also remember please to write in the notes field the message you want to be delivered to the recipient of your gift . We will take care of getting it to him/ her within the expected delivery time, together with your message.

 
How do I know when an item will be back in stock ?
The re-stocking times depend on the manufacturer and sometimes they are not precise; therefore we recommend you to enter your email address in the appropriate field in the product sheet so that when the product becomes available again we will inform you by email.

The carrier is delivering damaged products to me, what should I do ?
If during the delivery you find that the packaging is not intact, it is damaged, wet or otherwise altered, please remember to write the following sentence: “GOODS INSPECTION RESERVE” on the waybill of the courier, also reporting on it in detail the damage that you have found.

Contact us immediately indicating the order references and details of the damaged product.


One of the delivered products is defective and / or different from the one ordered, what should I do ?
Contact us immediately with order references and details of product that does not correspond to what you has ordered. We will immediately take action to resolve problem.

How do I return an item I don't like ?
For any return request relating to an order delivered, and never used, contact us

We remind you that you have 14 working days to return your item in its original packaging. You can decide whether to request a refund or if you want an exchange or a replacement. You will receive by email the prepaid label that you will have to print and you will have to apply on the outside of the package. Then, on the carrier's website you can independently program the date and time of pickup at your address.

 

If I return an item, will you refund me shipping costs ?
In the event of a return, only the amount corresponding to the total amount of products purchased will be refunded. The shipping costs, both outward and return, will remain at your charge. Return shipping costs will be the same amount of the shipping costs paid initially for the order. The refund will be made on the same payment method used for the purchase. In case of payment by bank transfer, the refund will also be made by bank transfer and we will ask you to let us know  your bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC necessary for refund.

 

 


When do I get a refund for a returned item ?

Once the return has been received, our warehouse verifies that product you have returned is intact and compliant with what was expected and they immediately inform the responsible office that will provide the refund. Usually this procedure takes 2-3 days from package receipt . We remind you that the refund will be made on the same payment method used for the purchase. In case of payment by bank transfer, the refund will also be made by bank transfer and we will ask you to let us know  your bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC necessary for refund. Processing and crediting times may be different for each payment method and bank: usually within 4-6 working days. Please remember that as an alternative to a refund, you can choose to receive a voucher, equal to the amount of the returned item, that you ca use for your further purchases throughout the site and without expiry.
